Product description
The function of the CBG peripheral drive sludge scraper is to scrape the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool to the sludge collection pit, and then discharge it from the sludge discharge pipe to facilitate sludge return or concentration and dewatering.

Scope of application
It is mainly suitable for the primary or secondary sedimentation tank of the wide-flow type in the sewage treatment plant.

working principle
CBG peripheral drive mud scraper can be divided into full bridge and half bridge according to the difference between working bridge and mud scraper. It is composed of main parts such as working bridge, scraper arm and mud scraper assembly, central support, drive mechanism, central collector, system control cabinet, etc., as well as the outlet triangular weir, steady flow cylinder, slag baffle, scum scraper, etc. . The working bridge is driven by the driving mechanism installed on the periphery, and rotates around the center support installed on the center pier of the pool. The scraper arm suspended under the working bridge drives the logarithmic spiral scraper to rotate, and the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool is collected by the scraper to the central mud collecting pit. The scum on the liquid surface is concentrated in the tapered area formed by the scum baffle and the surrounding slag baffle, and is scraped by the scum scraper to the slag collecting bucket and discharged out of the tank.
